When I came for exchange with my wrong color

Reviewing 80/20 twill.
It's starchy (hard) and shiny compared to the same fabric I bought somewhere else last year.
I had to put it in water to soften which helped a bit with the mustard colour but not really with dark green.
Would you consider selling 65/35 in metres?
RAM was bad, the driver and his assistant's attention was divided between their personal rendezvous and deliveries, kept lying about the delivery time I almost cancelled this order because of them.
